I've had my coffee maker for 2 1/2 years. I love it. On two occasions I thought it was dead. The first time I DE-scaled it and it starting working again. Just recently the machine stopped working properly. Only a small amount of water would come out when I started it. I was ready to buy a new one but decided to see if there was anything in the guide to assist me. Under the troubleshooting section it said that the exit needle could be clogged. I removed the k-cup holder and stuck a paper clip into the needle as recommended. It is now working properly.

I bought this machine a couple months ago and it's still going strong. The machine has three dispense sizes but I find I use the 10oz. size the most. (The others are 6oz and 8oz)The 10oz fill a ceramic mug a about 2/3 full. Before your first use you have to run a cup of water through without a K-Cup and from there you get a fuller cup of coffee. You might try this if the machine has been off for a while. There is a removable drip try that allow you to use a larger cup or travel mug. I use a 16oz stainless travel mug and if fits without a problem.
The best of the K-Cups at a reasonable price is the Folgers Gourmet. I like the Columbian the best. There are some samples that come with the machine that really are not that bad. Now if you like really strong coffee then a single brew machine may not be what you're looking for. I bought the Eco-Brew reusable filter which allows you to use your own brand of coffee. I tried the Tim Horton and Starbucks ground for drip machines. If you fill the filter to the line and don't pack it tight it comes out pretty good and save you some money.

(K-Cups are not that cheap.)If you pack it too tight the pump has a hard time getting the water trough and you will end up with half a cup. The Twinings Teas are very good and I can usually find them on sale. I tried the Swiss Miss hot chocolate and it came out good but the price is high. You can buy the packets cheaper and just use the hot water from the machine by running it without the K-Cup.

There are settings for turning the machine off between certain hours and to turn it off a certain amount of time after the last cup has been brewed. The machine is very noisy when heating but that last for about 15 sec. or so. Overall not a bad machine at all I just wish it would fill the cup a little bit more but for convenience I'll take it. Very good for the price. Hope it helps.
